What we fabricate

Cut, machined and assembled in our own workshop — so a late change or a damaged unit is a day's work, not a new import order and six weeks.

Openings

  • Sliding & lift-and-slide
  • Tilt-and-turn, casement
  • Entrance doors and screens
  • Automatic sliding doors

Façades

  • Curtain walling
  • Structural & frameless glazing
  • Spider and point-fixed
  • Composite panel cladding

Outside

  • Terrace enclosures, wind screens
  • Pergolas and canopies
  • Glass balustrades and railings
  • Skylights and louvres

How a Petral job runs

Four stages, in this order, on every contract.

  1. 01 — Survey & setting out

We measure the openings on site, not off the drawings. Structural openings are never exactly as issued, and every millimetre of that difference ends up in the frame.

  2. 02 — Shop drawings & approvals

System, profile, glass build-up and finish put on paper and signed off before anything is ordered. Colour and glass samples approved on site.

  3. 03 — Fabrication

Cut, machined and assembled in our own workshop, to the dimension we surveyed rather than the one on the drawing.

  4. 04 — Installation & handover

Fitted, sealed and water-tested by our own crews, then adjusted once the building has settled. Warranties and maintenance notes handed over with the keys.

Have elevations? Send them.

An architectural set, a window schedule or photos of the openings is enough to start. We come back with a system, a glass specification and a price — and tell you plainly if the job is not one for us.
