Framing & mullions

The metal between the panes. Mullions set out so a long wall reads as one plane, and clad where the room wants warmth rather than aluminium.

On the Oakridge gym wall the mullions are clad in timber, so a wall that is mostly structure reads as a warm surface rather than a grid of metal.

Setting out is the whole job: the spacing has to divide the wall evenly and still land on the structure behind it.
