A restaurant built around its olive trees. The interior is ours end to end — the woven ceiling, the round bar, the citrus-cut screens and the glazed garden pavilion.

The dining room works in two halves: a deep interior under a woven rattan ceiling, and a garden that had to keep its olive trees. The glazed pavilion between them lets one read as an extension of the other.

The perforated screens were cut to a citrus-leaf pattern and set where the room needed separation without losing light.
